Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid TimeSSeract subscriptions processed by Paddle.

1. Billing provider

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Your receipt and billing support may reference Paddle.

2. Free trials

Some plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and you will be charged according to the price shown at checkout.

You can cancel during the trial through your Paddle receipt link or by contacting us before the trial period ends.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.

After cancellation, your account may revert to free-tier limits or become read-only according to your plan terms.

4. Refund eligibility

Because TimeSSeract provides immediate access to digital services, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or as stated below.

We do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period, including when an account is deactivated by an administrator, a subscription is cancelled early, or access is revoked for breach of our Terms of Service.

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors confirmed by Paddle or TimeSSeract.
  • Failure to deliver the subscribed service due to a prolonged outage on our side.
  • Mandatory refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

5. Account deactivation and billing

If TimeSSeract deactivates your account while you have a paid subscription, cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period in Paddle. You keep access and plan benefits until that date, and no future renewals are charged.

Deactivation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any unused portion of your subscription.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@timesseract.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email, transaction reference, and reason for the request. We review requests individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Max plan

The Max plan is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently €59/month unless otherwise stated). Refunds and cancellations follow the general rules in this policy unless a separate written agreement applies.
