This Privacy Policy describes how TimeSSeract ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit timesseract.com, create an account, use our API, or subscribe to a paid plan.
1. Data controller
TimeSSeract operates timesseract.com. For privacy-related requests, contact support@timesseract.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and plan settings.
- Usage data: API calls, forecast runs, timestamps, IP addresses, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Billing data: subscription status and transaction references processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Support communications: messages you send us by email or through the platform.
- Forecast input data: time-series values you submit for processing, retained according to your plan and operational needs.
3. How we use data
- Provide, maintain, and improve the forecasting API and admin panel.
- Authenticate users, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse.
- Process subscriptions and communicate about billing or service changes.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent where required (e.g. marketing cookies if used), and legal obligation.
5. Processors and transfers
We use trusted subprocessors to run the service, including hosting, email, payment (Paddle), and infrastructure providers. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
If data is transferred outside your country, we use mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes.
Forecast input and run data may be deleted or anonymized according to operational policies; you may request deletion where applicable.
