Terms of Service

1. The service

TimeSSeract provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that turns historical time-series data into forecasts through an HTTP API and web admin panel.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect paid subscriptions.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a paid plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan selected at checkout.

Prices, limits, and features are described on our pricing page and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

• Free and trial access may be limited in volume, horizon, or features.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are handled by Paddle where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the API beyond reasonable use.
• Uploading malicious code or content intended to harm the platform or other users.
• Reselling access to the service without our written consent.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit for forecasting. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit data to TimeSSeract and that its use complies with applicable privacy laws.

6. Forecasts and disclaimers

Forecasts are statistical projections based on the data you provide. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular business decision. You use forecasts at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeSSeract and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing provider or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
